Waiting for your OK
Nothing below is posted until you say so. Change the words if you like.
Replies ready to post
New reviews and customer emails you forwarded, each with a reply written in your voice. Copy it, paste it where the review is, and mark it posted.
What your Google listing brought in
Google's own numbers from your Business Profile. They settle a few days late. Answered reviews and a steady stream of new ones help, along with everything else you do.
Recent reviews and replies
No reviews yet. When one comes in, it shows up here with our reply.
Ask customers for a review
Paste the emails of customers you've served. We'll send each one a short, friendly email from you asking for a Google review, and one reminder a few days later if they haven't opened it. Nobody is asked twice in 90 days, and everyone can unsubscribe.
Ask every customer automatically
Set it once and every customer gets asked, without you pasting anything.
Works with any app or email that lets you add a Bcc address: QuickBooks (Settings → Sales → "Bcc new invoices to"), or Gmail and Outlook when you email a customer. Whoever the email went to gets a review request. (A "send me a copy" option that only goes to you won't work.)
Only copy it on emails to customers. Group emails (more than 3 people) are ignored.
Always during the day (9am to 7pm your time).
Other apps (through Zapier or Make)
Connect the app you use for jobs, bookings or invoices, and each customer gets a review request without you pasting anything.
- In Zapier (or Make), start a Zap with your app's trigger, like Job completed in Jobber, Payment in Square, or Invoice paid in QuickBooks.
- Add the action Webhooks by Zapier → POST, with the address above as the URL.
- Under Data, map email to the customer's email and name to their name.
Same rules as always: one reminder, nobody asked twice in 90 days, everyone can unsubscribe. Only send people who were really your customers. Keep this address private; anyone with it can add people to your list.
Stuck? Drew can set it up with you.
How customers felt
Win back lost customers
Customers who haven't been in for a while get one friendly "we miss you" email, in your words, with an offer if you like. When one comes back, it shows here.
Your mailing address and an unsubscribe link are added at the bottom. At most one every 6 months per customer, sent 10am to 6pm your time, a few a day. Anyone who unsubscribed from your emails never gets one.
Your leads
People who asked to hear back, from your website's booking form and its chat. Get back to them soon: a same-day reply usually wins the job. Tick each one once you have.
Your free website
A one-page website for your business, included: your rating, best reviews, what you do, hours, a call button, directions and a booking request form. Put its link in the "Website" box of your Google profile. Already have a website? Keep it, and use this as your booking page.
Your preview shows here once there's a page to show.
Or edit the details yourself
Chat on your website
A chat button on your website that answers visitors straight away, day or night, from what you write below. Anyone who wants to book, get a price or talk to you leaves their details, and you get them by email at once.
It only says what's here and in "About your business". Anything else, it offers to take their details.
Team shout-outs
When a review names someone on your team, they get the credit. See who customers mention most, and print a "customers noticed" card for the break room.
Tip: staff who know they'll be named ask for reviews more. Only names on this list are counted.
Your review link
Share it with every customer, the same way each time: on receipts, in texts, by the register. It opens your Google review page. (Google doesn't allow asking only the happy ones, offering anything for a review, or asking people to name a staff member.)
Print counter cards with a QR code and your short link, or download the QR code for your own signs, menus and receipts. Scans are counted in your monthly report, along with everyone who opens the link.
Tip: the same link works on a "tap to review" NFC sticker or card. Any blank NFC tag and a free phone app (such as NFC Tools) can hold it. Keep it by the register for everyone, with nothing offered in return.
Get every review here, ready to answer
Google, Yelp, Facebook and Tripadvisor already email you when someone reviews you. Forward those emails to your own WinBack address and each one comes back with a reply written, usually within a minute. Customer emails you'd like help answering work too.
Set it up in Gmail (about 2 minutes, once)
- In Gmail on a computer: Settings (the gear) → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → Add a forwarding address, paste your WinBack address, and Next.
- Gmail sends a confirmation to that address. It comes straight back here: press Confirm forwarding above (refresh this page after a minute).
- Leave "Disable forwarding" selected. Instead, search Gmail for
from:(businessprofile-noreply@google.com), open the search options (the sliders icon), press Create filter, tick Forward it to your WinBack address, and Create filter. - Press Send a test below to see what arrives.
Outlook: Settings → Mail → Rules → Add new rule: "From" Google's address, action "Forward to" your WinBack address. No confirmation needed. For Yelp, Facebook or Tripadvisor, add their review-alert senders to the same filter.
How replies work
About your business
This is what your replies are written from. Change anything, any time, and preview a reply before you save.
You and your competitors
Once a month we read your competitors' latest Google reviews next to yours, and tell you why people pick them, where you're ahead, and three things to do about it.
What people praise at theirs
Where you're ahead
Where they slip
Your plan this month
Pick up to three competitors below (or your own listing, and we'll pick the three busiest nearby). Your first comparison appears here within a day.
Who you compare with
Verified: you answer your reviews
Answer at least 90% of your reviews (5 or more over 90 days) and you're verified. Show it with a badge on your website and, if you like, a listing in WinBack's public directory of businesses that answer their reviews.
A reply for Yelp, TripAdvisor or anywhere else
We can't post on sites like Yelp, TripAdvisor or Nextdoor, but we can write the reply. Paste the review, copy what we write, and post it there yourself. It uses your voice and rules, and nothing is posted from here. Handy for testing your settings, too.
Would you recommend WinBack?
Thank you. Drew got it.
It would help even more as a Google review for WinBack. Copy it, then paste it there:
Put this page on your phone
One tap from your home screen to your replies and anything waiting for your OK. Nothing to download, and no password.
- In Safari, tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
- Choose Add to Home Screen, then Add.
- Open your browser's menu (⋮).
- Choose Add to Home screen or Install app.
Scan this with your phone's camera to open this page there, then add it to your home screen.
Keep it to yourself: anyone with this page's link can see it.
