Your text goes to our AI provider to write the reply, and isn't kept. Read it before you post it: you know what happened, the writer doesn't.

Before you post it

  • Make it true. If the reply thanks them for something, check it happened. Never promise a refund or a fix you won't give.
  • Keep it short. Two or three sentences reads as human. Long replies read as defensive.
  • Healthcare, legal or therapy practice? Don't use their name or mention a visit or treatment. Even confirming someone is a patient can break privacy law. The writer keeps it general if your business name makes that clear, but check.
  • Don't paste the same reply twice. Since April 2026 Google screens owner replies and can reject ones that look templated.
