The corner shop deserves a reply team too.
Every small business owner knows the feeling.
You finish a long day, you finally sit down, and there it is: a new review. You want to reply. You know you should. But the words won't come, so the tab stays open, and another one slips by unanswered.
Meanwhile the big chains have whole teams for this. They reply to everything, fast and polished, and it makes them look like they care more, even when they don't.
That never sat right with me.
So I built WinBack. At first it just wrote three replies you could copy and paste. Now it does the whole job: notice the review, write the reply in your voice, post it, and let you know. And I set it up for you, so you don't have to learn anything.
I know handing that to software is a big ask. It's your name on those replies. So I've been strict about what it's allowed to say (no promises, no made-up facts, no arguing), and when it isn't sure, it doesn't post. It asks you.
Because a reply isn't really about the algorithm. It's about a person feeling heard. That's good business, and a small business should never be too busy for it.

Four things you can hold me to.
- 1You'll always reach a person. Call or text (401) 297-8170, or email drew@winbackreviews.com.
- 2I'll never sell your data or your customers' reviews. No ads, no trackers.
- 3I'll tell you plainly what it can't do. Like Yelp, or Google before they've approved it.
- 4Leaving is easy. Cancel from the billing link on any page, or just tell me. No guilt trip.
Give your reviews the reply they deserve.
Subscribe, I'll set it up, and every new review gets answered in your voice.
